Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing Executive with an engineering background who can not only translate our technology solutions into compelling marketing messages but also focus on enhancing the overall customer experience. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical innovation and customer needs, ensuring our technology tools and payment gateway solutions are well understood and resonate with our target market. You will collaborate closely with product development, sales, engineering, and customer support teams to create marketing strategies that both highlight technical benefits and improve customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise will help shape customer-centric marketing initiatives that drive growth and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate technical concepts into customer-friendly benefits: Work with engineering to simplify complex features for customers.
- Enhance customer experience: Collaborate with support teams to address customer pain points and improve their journey.
- Develop customer-centric content: Create white papers, case studies, and guides that solve customer problems and enhance their experience.
- Drive product positioning: Use customer insights to highlight how our products improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with customer success: Use feedback from customer teams to refine product messaging.
- Support sales with insights: Provide technical materials and customer insights to help sales communicate both technical and user value.
- Manage marketing campaigns: Plan campaigns that highlight technical benefits while enhancing the customer experience.
- Analyze competitors and customer experience: Identify opportunities to improve product positioning and satisfaction.
- Engage with customer feedback: Collect feedback to refine messaging and ensure it meets customer expectations.
- Lead product demos and webinars: Highlight both technical functionality and customer experience improvements.
- Improve post-purchase experience: Ensure customers have the resources they need for long-term success with our solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of technology products, including software solutions, SaaS, and payment gateways.
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a technology company or related technical field.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing messages for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze technical products and position them effectively in the market.
- Experience collaborating with product development and engineering teams to create technically accurate marketing materials.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and payment gateway systems is a plus.
