Purpose of the position
The Marketing Assistants are responsible for supporting the marketing team with planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs, and with the development or execution of new marketing strategies. He/ She may be involved in analyzing data to monitor campaigns and evaluate results, creating and managing the production of marketing collateral, helping with the organization of events, and providing project-specific administrative support.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist branches in the generation of market leads.
- Conduct market storms to identify potential customers
- Write or edit content for different platforms such as social media pages. ∙ Manage marketing materials e.g. posters, brochures etc. while establishing appropriate marketing designs
- Collect and analyze market research data
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts in marketing, communications, business administration or relevant field
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing is a plus
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
- Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software
- Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach
