Marketing Agent

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Agent to help grow our brand and increase sales. The Marketing Agent will be responsible for promoting products/services, identifying potential customers, and executing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to work independently while achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
• Promote products/services across various channels, including social media, email, and direct marketing.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective promotional campaigns.
• Track and report marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Attend trade shows, promotional events, or business meetings as needed.

Minimum Requirements:Education & Experience:

• High school diploma (minimum), Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferred).
• Experience in digital marketing or social media marketing is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing, advertising, and branding.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet targets.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM software (preferred).

Preferred (but Not Required):

• Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or email marketing platforms.
• Graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (optional).
