Responsibilities
- Be in charge of overall administration and management of the institute
- Ensure proper planning, budgeting, accountabilities of the institute activities and resource in consultation with the director and board of directors
- Coordinate the function of the board of directorand account to them
- Supervise and appraise all staff and employees of the institution and assess performance
- Prepare progress and summary report for presentation and submission to director and board of directors
- Plan and chair the meeting in the institute
- Perform any other duty assigned
Candidate specification
- Educational requirements: Degree or diploma in a relevant occupation from any recognized university or institute or college
- Work experience: Atleast 2-4 years experience in any leadership position
Critical skills required
- Knowledge and competencies of curriculum content
- Knowledge of TVET operating proceedures and standard
- Clear communication skills
- Exemplary leadership skills
