The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate all activities within a manufacturing facility to ensure efficient production, high quality, and adherence to safety regulations, while also managing staff and resources.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative and operational activities at the cassava processing plant, including procurement and coordination with farmers.
- Ensure smooth and efficient production operations, maintaining quality and consistency of cassava flour and chips.
- ·Lead and manage the overall affairs of KACE, ensuring financial stability, regulatory compliance, and member satisfaction.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate workflows across departments to achieve operational efficiency and production targets.
- Manage inventory control processes, including tracking raw cassava supply, processed goods, and packaging materials.
- Monitor and enforce safety and hygiene standards across all areas of the facility, conducting regular assessments and improvements.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments such as procurement, processing, logistics, and administration.
