Job Description: Junior BI Analyst

Reporting to: BI Analyst

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in maintaining and developing vertical reporting. 
• Support in providing analysis and insights as required. 
• Work with the BI central team to learn about and contribute to the development, growth, and maintenance of BI assets (Git Repositories, Python code base, Databases/Schema, Servers, etc.). 
• Assist in maintaining and developing GTM and GA tracking for the vertical. 
• Contribute to knowledge sharing to ensure all business intelligence stakeholders have adequate documentation and training. 
• Provide ad-hoc support relating to data extraction and reporting. 
• Assist in CRM functionality as far as it pertains to data gathering, reporting, and CRM process optimization. 
• Work with BI Analyst to understand CRM process and data capture requirements 

Technical: 

• Familiarity with SQL basics. 
• Willingness to learn Git and DEV processes. 
• Assist in providing technical support in terms of code for the development of dashboards, KPIs, reports, and other analytical artifacts. 
• Work closely with BI central team to understand data models and code definitions. 
• Contribute to data cleansing and mining, and highlight anomalies

• You have an interest in data extraction, cleansing, and transformation processes. 
• You are willing to learn SQL. 
• You have a desire to understand essential data metrics and KPIs that indicate business health and performance. 

Added advantage:

• Prior experience in report writing, data analysis, or statistical interpretation. 
• Familiarity with PL/SQL and stored procedures. 
• Knowledge of PowerBI.
