IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our IT team in Uganda; where progress, and humility are valued as highly as technical excellence. As an IT Support Engineer, you would be installing and configuring computer hardware’s, software’s, systems, networks, printers and scanners, provisioning user support for both remote and on-premises staff and troubleshooting and resolving issues with software or hardware in a timely manner using the available resources within the company.

  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelors

Expertise

Our expectation is that you have a working knowledge and expertise with variety of software, hardware, and applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365, Dynamics 365, Windows 11,3cx, Fresh works, In-tunes and Sophos, with a minimum of 2-years experience in a technical support role.

If you have a basic understanding of Cloud and MSSQL Knowledge, coupled with Microsoft Certified IT Professional/CCNA Certifications then you might be the right person for the role.
