Job Description/Requirements
1. Installing and maintaining the fixed-line phones, computers, fax, printers and other office electronics.
2. Maintaining the network for computer users within the office and Chinese residence.
3. Troubleshooting of software, hardware and network operating system.
4. Overseeing computer security and anti-virus updates.
5. Training staff about potential uses of existing technology and software.
6. Providing IT support to computer users within the office.
7. Monitoring system installation and maintenance.
8. Maintain relationships networks, communications, televisions, and electronic devices suppliers.
9. Computer room deployment and other IT-related work.
10. Provide computer users with software training.
11. Other work tasks arranged by the line manager.
