Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive IT Specialist to support, maintain, and troubleshoot our organization computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations of IT infrastructure, provide technical support to users, and contribute to system improvements and security initiatives.

  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, network, and system issues (in- person, phone, or remote).
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, operating systems, and business applications.
  • Monitor and manage network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi).
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving faults.
  • Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset management records.
  • Implement and support cybersecurity best practices and tools.
  • Manage backup and disaster recovery systems and protocols.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software support.
  • Participate in IT projects including upgrades, rollouts, and integrations.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.


Required Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Proficiency with Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, and networking protocols.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and basic scripting.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
