IT Officer

The IT Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Company’s technology systems and ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively. This includes managing networks, servers, and security systems, as well as providing technical support to users. The IT Officer will also be responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies and plans to support the Company's goals and objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Managing and maintaining the Company's technology systems, including networks, servers, and security  systems 
• Providing technical support to users and troubleshooting technical issues 
• Developing and implementing technology strategies and plans to support the organization's goals and  objectives 
• Monitoring and analyzing technology trends to identify new opportunities for the organization 
• Managing budgets and resources for technology projects and initiatives 
• Ensuring the Company's technology systems comply with relevant laws and regulations 
• Collaborating with other departments and teams to identify and implement technology solutions to  support business operations 
• Reporting on Company IT matters to management 

Requirements:  

• To be successful in this role, the IT Officer should have a strong understanding of technology systems and possess excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills. 
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required for this position.  
• A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role  
• Demonstrate understanding of Microsoft Business Central.  
• Certification in relevant technology systems is an added advantage.
