We are looking for competitive insurance sales representatives to help us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients. They will identify clients and demands and sell accordingly
Work to meet the set sales monthly and annual targets within current business strategies and timelines.
Analyse market trends to generate new business and maintain existing business relationships.
Develop customer relationships to drive business as a basis for business continuity.
Negotiate products with potential clients in accordance with current business and pricing conditions.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely activity reports that meet the needs of the Unit Manager.
Graduates with a degree or diploma in any field.
At least one year experience
Experience in life Assurance is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
Show commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative.
