Insurance Associate

Responsibilities:

• ·Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, networking, and leads provided by the company.
• · Conduct persuasive sales presentations to educate clients about insurance products, coverage options, and policy benefits.
• ·  Actively listen to clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance policies tailored to their specific requirements.
• · Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team goals for collective success.
• · Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities to ensure continuous business growth.
• · Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and retention.
• ·  Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, policy changes, and claims-related matters.
• · Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and new insurance products and services.
• ·  Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the insurance products offered and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
• ·  Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of insurance products and their applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
