We believe that data saves lives and we leverage data to save lives.Roles:• Offer IT support to clients• Train users• Work closely with other hardware engineers at Streamline Health Tech Co. LTD. to install, set up, test, and provide technical support to ensure is working well in the respective health facilities.• Conduct a demo of how works to potential clients whenever you are called upon.• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.• Maintain a positive attitude to customers in the field and offer a strong customer focus• Document technical issues faced in the field and publish them on the Streamline Health Tech Ltd blog• Offer offsite support to clients through proper management of the ticketing system with clients• Identify potential areas of interest to clients and advise accordingly on how to meet their needs.• Advise clients on the required IT hardware infrastructure needs and work with the iStreams IT hardware shop if possible to supply those requirements.• Bill clients and write invoices on behalf of Streamline Health Tech Co.
