Our client, an audit firm that provides professional services of Audit and Assurance, Risk Management, Tax Advisory, Financial Advisory and Business Advisory is looking for a Human Resource Officer to undertake all roles related to Human Resources at our client’s premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems;
- Coordinate manpower planning and report to management on the status and resourcing requirements;
- Coordinate the recruitment process for the internal and external purpose;
- Prepare monthly payroll and present to management for approval within a prescribed framework as per the KPIs;
- Ensure staff productivity is tracked on a monthly basis;
- Identify training needs, source trainers, schedule and implement a training program;
- Coordinate staff team events and the related PR activities in the company;
- Support management with disciplinary and grievance issues;
- Ensure that development and implementation of a succession plan for all the staff roles at all times;
- Maintain employee records and attendance records according to policy and legal requirements;
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance and employment safety;
- Design and implement staff leave plan to ensure legal compliance;
- Ensure staff have performance objectives and implementation performance management system through quarterly appraisals;
- Coordinate mentorship programs and ensure mentor/mentee relationships are effective;
- Advise management on labour-related laws and ensure management is updated from time to time;
- Liaise with the Administration department to ensure the workplace health and safety measures are in place;
- Coordinate the KSK Foundation and Financial Services Academy programs;
- Supervise the Administration staff and ensure the operational manuals are updated regularly;
- Ensure proper Implementation of a robust staff data management system;
- Regular update and implementation of the HR policy manual;
- Ensure the firms are compliant with the internal and external regulatory requirements and
- Any other duties that may assigned to you from time to time.

Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven working experience as HR Officer or other HR roles.

- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and Hr practices
- Knowledge of the Employment Act and employee regulatory compliance.
