Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is a leading organization in the Microfinance Sector. We are looking for a skilled Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR practices and processes.

- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Manage Employee Welfare and relations.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Proven experience as a Human Resource Manager for at least three (3) years
- Excellent Communication and leadership skills.
- Qualification in Training of Trainers and Coaching
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
