Qualifications/Experience required â¢Minimum of a Bachelorâs degree in quality management, engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or related field. â¢Minimum of one(1) years post qualifying experience preferably in the petroleum or logistics industry. â¢Strong conceptual and innovative skills. â¢Experience in analysis, logistics, safety, or engineering is desirable.

Main Objective â¢The Role holder is tasked with championing the communication, planning, tracking, reporting, and motivating staff for the development and attainment of HSEQ objectives for all business channels. Roles & Responsibilities â¢Champions the H3SEQ department activity planning in Q4 of each year. â¢Reports on department/company HSE Performance by managing and tracking fulfilment of key KPIs such as reporting index as well as develop improvement proposals. â¢Maintains and tracks Affiliate HSE Action Plans. â¢Drives awareness and cultural transformation initiatives for HSE. â¢Plans, organizes and hosts key HSE conventions/meetings. â¢Manages the H3SEQ administrative function, purchase requests and follow up on delivery, stocking, and disbursement of HSE materials. â¢Inducts all new staff on Company HSEQ requirements. â¢Conducts spot visits on sites and projects and prepares reports on the same.
