Roles and responsibilities

 

  • Provides information, interpretation, and advice on the HR policy, employment act, and other regulations to the Location Management and staff.
  • Coordinates with top Management regarding training and capacity development programmes, develop an annual training plan and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of staff development programmes
  • Ensures transparent, fair, and consistent application of disciplinary measures
  • Maintains confidential records related to grievances and complaints and coordinates their resolution.
  • Maintains comprehensive updated confidential personal files.
  • Prepares and supervises staff leave schedules plus ensures the exit procedures are followed.
  • Prepares and circulates vacancy announcements, prepares candidate profiles, and participates in the interview and selection of candidates.
  • Maintains an up-to-date inventory of furniture, vehicles, and other assets.
  • Process all the necessary paperwork in relation to work permits and passports for overseas employees.
  • Prepare the payroll
  • Follows financial policies, procedures, and regulations with regard to administrative financial transactions.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of staff are looked after.
  • Handle routine correspondence
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees.
  • Coordinate and update insurance claims.
  • Report to Management and provide decision support through HR metrics

 

Qualifications

  • 3 -4 years of working experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
