Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Recruiting and hiring qualified personnel to support the company's operations.
  • Managing employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Overseeing payroll and benefits administration to ensure employees receive fair compensation.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations to protect both employees and the company.


Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in construction.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with knowledge of labor laws.


Technical Skills:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Recruiting and hiring qualified personnel to support the company's operations.
  • Managing employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Overseeing payroll and benefits administration to ensure employees receive fair compensation.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations to protect both employees and the company.
  • Data Analysis & HR Metrics – Using HR analytics to track employee performance, turnover rates, and workforce trends.
  • Technology Proficiency – Familiarity with HR software and digital tools for payroll, recruitment, and employee management.

 

Additional Skills:

  • Managing office operations and facilities to maintain a productive workspace.
  • Providing support to employees and management through training and development programs
  • Communication & Negotiation – Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Conflict Resolution – Ability to mediate disputes and foster a positive work environment.
  • Leadership & Team Management – Guiding HR teams and collaborating with department heads to align HR strategies with company goals
  • Cultural Awareness & Diversity Management – Ensuring inclusive hiring practices and fostering a diverse workplace.
  • Safety & Compliance Knowledge – Understanding construction industry regulations and workplace safety standards.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention Strategies – Developing programs to boost morale and retain top talent.


Reporting Structure:

The Admin and HR Manager will report directly to the Admin and HR manager and collaborate closely with site and office employees and other members of the company’s team.
