Main Duties/Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
· Ensure smooth functioning of hospital departments (clinical and non-clinical).
· Implement company policies in the hospital, including SOPS and all protocols.
· Monitor and optimize resource utilization (staff, equipment, supplies).
· Oversee patient care services to ensure high-quality standards.
2. Financial Management
· Prepare and manage hospital budgets, financial reports, and cost-control measures.
· Monitor revenue cycles, billing, and reimbursement processes.
· Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
· Ensure compliance with financial controls, ensuring effective and full billing of all hospital patients for both cash and credit categories.
· Ensure cost of sales is efficiently controlled and managed as per set ratios.
· Timely and Accurate stock-taking process at every month's end.
· Accurate documentation of drug consumption and other monitoring tools.
3. Human Resource Management
· Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and medical staff.
· Foster a positive work environment and resolve staff conflicts.
· Conduct performance evaluations and implement staff development programs.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital HR policies.
4. Compliance & Quality Assurance
· Ensure adherence to all company safety SOPS and guidelines including regulatory compliance.
· Implement quality improvement initiatives and standards set out by the company.
· Monitor infection control, patient safety, and risk management protocols to be reported on a monthly basis.
5. Strategic Planning & Business Growth
· Develop long-term strategies for hospital growth and service expansion.
· Collaborate with doctors, department heads, and stakeholders for operational efficiency.
· Represent the hospital in meetings, conferences, and public relations activities.
· Implement Marketing & business growth plans i.e., activation, client mapping, and conversion into actual patients, growth of direct invoicing clients attached to the facility.
· Actualization of business products into sales - i.e, School clinics, site clinics, cash products, wellness products, etc.
· Manage Monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets for marketing activities.
· Ensure expansion of clinical hospital services.
6. Patient & Stakeholder Relations
· Proactively promote both internal and external client satisfaction by providing regular updates on systems, care pathways, training, and feedback.
· Address patient grievances and ensure high patient satisfaction levels.
· Maintain relationships with partners, insurers, and vendors.
· Promote community health programs and outreach initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators
· Patient satisfaction scores.

· Patient satisfaction scores - % of feedback collection and set mechanisms for customer satisfaction.

· Monitor and create expansion of new clinical specialties within the hospital.
· Timely writing and submission of reports (financial, HR, customer care and operational) as required (weekly or monthly).
· Management of teams staffing including schedules, shifts and rotas to achieve staff productivity and efficiency.
· Level of staff adherence to expected standards of work/ level of disciplinary incidents or misconduct.
· Timely submission and follow-up of invoices to clients and companies.
· Operations - oversee the overall smooth running of the facilities including the general look and feel.
· Human Resource - Achieve optimal effective utilization of resources within facilities to including resource sharing.
· Marketing and Business Development - At least 4 marketing activities per month and service expansion.
· Control of cost of sales in line with revenue and Effective and Timely stock taking.
· Culture, Process and Policies - Adhere to set policies and processes.
