Key Responsibilities
- Product Formulation: Work with the Nutraceutical team to develop cosmeceutical products using natural, agriculturally sourced ingredients, ensuring they meet efficacy, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Ingredient Evaluation: Investigate and assess nutraceutical ingredients for their potential skincare benefits, utilizing literature reviews and ingredient studies to support product development.
- Testing and Analysis: Perform experimental tests to evaluate the effectiveness and stability of product formulations, analyzing data to refine and enhance product quality.
- Quality Assurance: Establish quality control protocols to maintain high standards throughout the product development process, including conducting stability studies and testing for consistency.
- Documentation and Compliance: Keep detailed records of all formulation processes and test results, ensuring all products comply with relevant cosmeceutical regulations.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to identify market opportunities and inform strategic product development.
- Training and Education: Educate internal teams about cosmetology principles and the benefits of new products, and serve as a subject matter expert on nutraceutical ingredients in skincare.

Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field, with a preference for an advanced degree or specific cosmetology certification.
- Experience in cosmeceutical product development, particularly within nutraceutical or agricultural sectors.
- Strong understanding of cosmetic chemistry, skilled in laboratory practices and data analysis.
