The Impact You’ll Have

Optimize the effectiveness of Gretel’s existing marketing channels, such as website and landing pages, social media channels, SEM, etc., including reporting on performance and digital analytics
Obsess over metrics and dive into analytics to measure and inform marketing programs, campaigns, experiments, and decisions
Manage campaign budgets, and report on CAC, ROAS, ROI, etc.
Run A/B tests of landing pages, website content and social to improve performance of marketing campaigns
Identify the most effective marketing channels to build pipeline, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, paid media, email automation, social media and webinars
Ideate, plan, and collaborate with other marketers and SMEs to create technical and thought-leadership content to achieve our growth, retention and revenue goals
5 + years experience in a full-funnel digital marketing role, ideally in a SaaS B2B product
Expert knowledge of performance marketing tech stacks that include Google Suite (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics), Hubspot, Segment, Salesforce and Webflow
Experience adjusting the channel mix and content for different markets and audiences; experience managing multiple marketing channels and campaigns concurrently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly organized with attention to detail

Employee compensation will be determined based on interview performance, level of experience, specialization of skills, and market rate. During the offer discussion, your recruiter will review the finalized base salary, bonus (for applicable roles), benefits and perks (additional information available on our career site), and stock options as they’ll be reflected in the offer letter.
Employees hired in the U.S. and Canada can expect the below information to reflect a reasonable estimate of the salary offered for this role. Salary ranges are updated regularly using premium market data. (Please note: it is unusual for new hires to receive a base salary at the top of the range. Additionally, the value of Gretel.ai’s stock options is not included in the salary bands and may represent a significant portion of your compensation.)
