Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of visual  communication and have the ability to translate complex research findings into clear and engaging visual formats. This role requires collaboration with other teams of researchers and project managers to produce high-quality graphics that enhance reports, presentations, publications, and digital content.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce visual content, including infographics, charts, diagrams, and layouts for research reports and publications.
  
• Collaborate with projects teams to understand the data and findings, ensuring accurate representation through effective visual design.
  
• Develop presentations that clearly  communicate research results and insights to various audiences, including stakeholders and funders.
  
• Create marketing materials, such as brochures and social media graphics, to promote the Company’s research initiatives and findings.
  
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all materials produced for both internal and external audiences.
  
• Maintain an organized file system for graphics and design assets, ensuring accessibility and version control.
  
• Stay current with design trends and tools, continuously looking for ways to innovate and improve the Company’s visual communication efforts.
  

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
  
• Post graduate studies in Market Research is highly desirable
  

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing prior work, particularly in infographics and data visualization
  
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy, especially in a scientific context.
