Job duties

  • Oversee front desk operations including guest check in/out, reservations and concierge services
  • Train and supervise front office staff to ensure professional service delivery
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure a seamless guest experience


Requirements

  • Atleast a diploma in Hospitality or a related field Atleast 3 years of experience in a supervisory front office role
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills
