Job Summary
A Finance Officer is responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting with financial reporting. This includes tasks like managing daily transactions, reconciling bank statements, and supporting budget preparation. They also play a role in financial audits and compliance with accounting principles.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations, and donor requirements.
Prepare payroll, NSSF contributions, and tax filings in line with URA procedures.
Maintain well-organized financial and administrative records.
Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and donor financial reports.
Compile and present financial reports, budgets, business plans, and commentaries.
Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation processes.
Oversee project and Cassava flour processing plant accounting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably within an NGO setting.
