Immediate Supervisor: General Manager

Other Reporting Lines: Group Chief Finance Officer, Group Human Resource Manager

Reporting to Role: N/A

Roles & Responsibilities

Purpose: To manage the financial operations, planning, and analysis of the company’s activities

Key Objectives

• To ensure proper financial planning & analysis.
• To ensure good cost management practices
• To ensure compliance with financial reporting frameworks & other applicable laws
• To ensure internal controls and policies compliance.
• To ensure good Treasury, cash, inventory & capital requirement management practices.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee the company’s annual budget and financial

Qualifications: Essential:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar field Desirable:
• Professional Qualification, Completed CPA or ACCA

Competences and Core Skills:

• Advanced analytical skills for interpreting financial data and delivering actionable insights to senior management.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams and collaborating across departments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and data privacy standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on the appropriate handling of sensitive information.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Integrity, honesty, and strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills.

Experience:

• Five years supervisory experience in a financial reporting role.
