Job Description/Requirements
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa [CCBA] is the largest African Coca-Cola Bottler, accounting for 40% of all Coca-Cola volumes on the continent. Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda Limited is a subsidiary of CCBA.
We are currently seeking to recruit a Finance Manager based in Kampala.
As a Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Financial Director
Key Purpose Statement
The Finance Manager role is responsible for producing high-quality, timely, and compliant financial information, delivering Statutory Reports, governing the chart of accounts, policies, and procedures for CCBA, and the overall management of the group balance sheet.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Produce high quality, accurate, timely, and compliant financial information
• Define and execute key financial policies
• Manage company chart of accounts
• Owner of the process and solution ensuring compliance to amend chart of accounts information
• Ensure Country operates within Chart of Authority
• Manage group balance sheet (non-operational)
• Support finance sta across the country, developing relevant long term capability through coaching and training.
Qualifications
• Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Added advantage: Master’s degree in Finance/ Accounting, CPA, ACCA, CIMA Management or equivalent.
Experience
• At least 7+ relevant financial experience
• Experience managing policies and the chart of accounts SAP CO (or similar) experience Strong knowledge of statutory requirements.
