Roles and Responsibilities
- Make the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc) to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Open accounts and manage customer accounts.
- Answering client questions and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Educate consumers on product features and Provide offers information
- Assist with organizing promotional events
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Requirements and skills
- High School or Certificate equivalent in Business, Finance, commerce, marketing, sales management
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, added advantage in the microfinance sector
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Familiarity with different salesĀ
