Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Factory Manager at Universal Granite & Marble Ltd. The Factory Manager will be responsible for production planning, quality control, production management, operations management, and manufacturing operations. The role is primarily located in Lira, with flexibility for some work from home.
Qualifications
- Production Planning and Production Management skills
- Quality Control and Operations Management skills
- Experience in Manufacturing Operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance
- Previous experience in the granite or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
