Job duties

  • Lead the kitchen team in planning menus,food preparation and plating to high standards

  • Ensure food safety, kitchen hygiene and cost control procedures are followed

  • Oversee food purchasing inventory management and supplier coordination.


Requirements

  • Atleast a diploma in sports science or a related field.Atleast 3 years of experience in busy hotel kitchen, supervisory experience will be an added advantage

  • Strong knowledge of local and international cuisinesĀ
