Design and develop architectural drawings

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Honour’s Bachelor’s degree in Architecture;
  
• Must be a registered Architect with a valid practicing license from a professional body.
  

Experience

• Three (3) years relevant working experience
  

• Produce and process drawings for new works;
  
• Study working drawings and plans and advise the supervisor accordingly;
  
• Supervise and monitor projects;
  
• Prepare information regarding design, structural specifications, materials, colour, equipment, estimated cost and construction time;
  
• Consult with the client to determine functional and spatial requirement of structure;
  
• Direct activities for workers preparing drawing and specification documents;
  
• Prepare lay out of projects;
  
• Prepare contract documents for building contractor;
  
• Integrate engineering elements into unified design;
  
• Conduct periodic onsite observation of work during construction to monitor compliance;
  
• Administer construction contracts;
  
• Prepare operating and maintenance manuals, studies and reports;
  
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
