About the Role

This is a key role in our growing European Sales team. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you are the tip of the spear for Stylitics. You love the thrill of finding and closing new business.


We’re looking for a super-connector that knows the Apparel/Fashion space cold. Someone that is passionate about retail technology and innovation and wants to be at the forefront of talking with and presenting to the biggest and best brands in the world.


With an incredible list of live customers as social proof, recently secured $80M in Series C funding and a team of retail experts, this is an amazing opportunity for the right person.


What You Will Do

  • Win new business and expand Stylitics’ footprint in Enterprise Accounts across European in our key verticals: Apparel, Fashion, Department Stores, and Home/Furniture
  • In collaboration with the Marketing & Partnerships team, you will be responsible for sourcing new leads and driving the sales process to closure using our GTM and Sales Playbooks
  • Quickly establish trust with your prospective customers by understanding their pain points and how Stylitics' solution can help
  • Expertly demonstrate the Stylitics Shopper Experience to prospective customers
  • Create compelling Business Cases that demonstrate Stylitics’ impact on customer KPIs such as Conversion Rate, Average Order Value & Units Per Transaction
  • Promote the Stylitics brand and our capabilities throughout the industry to help raise our profile and generate awareness
  • Actively collaborate with your peers in Sales and Business Development to share reusable assets
  • Attend industry events to generate buzz and qualified leads for Stylitics


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience at commerce technology companies (eCommerce Platforms, CMS, Search, Recommendations, etc.)
  • A retail insider with expansive knowledge of Apparel and Fashion brands. Knowledge of Home/Furniture is a plus
  • Ability to be independent, self-motivated, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
  • Confident communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
  • Passion about business and comfortable with the unknown – always thinking of ways to improve/grow
  • Strong problem-solving and demonstrated strategic thinking abilities
  • Detailed and planning oriented with exceptional follow-through and initiative
  • Highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers
