Electrician Trainee CNOOC

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  
• 0-2 years’ work experience is preferred with Oil & Gas industry background.
  

Knowledge

Knowledge of power systems and electrical equipment.

• Participate in executing new oil-field power system and electrical equipment commissioning and start-up.
  
• Assist in collecting and following up on power system and electrical equipment-related issues left out by the engineering unit.
  
• Get familiar with power systems, electrical equipment, ESD, fire & gas system principles, position and performance.
  
• Learn to manage emergency response as per the emergency response plan.
  
• Assist with operating power and electrical equipment, routine checks and records management.
  
• Participate in handling power systems and electrical equipment-related faults and report to senior electrical technicians; cooperate with other departments when necessary.
  
• Assist in carrying out electrical equipment preventive maintenance properly as per the PM plan.
  
• Ensure worksite cleanliness and safety are maintained.
  
• Participate in coordinating and supervising electrical-related contractors' onsite work.
  
• Execute instructions from the Senior Electrical Technician.
  
• Participate in all training programs organized by the Company.
  
• Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
