Job Summary
The role involves assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and fixtures, repairing and replacing wiring, conducting routine tests, assisting various departments in troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with building codes, interpreting blueprints for operations, diagnosing malfunctions, and performing additional duties assigned by the Electrical Supervisor.

Job Description/Requirements
We are urgently looking for a qualified Electrical Supervisor.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Certificate in Electrical installation or any related discipline, Three years relevant experience in similar role. Must also have working knowledge of the National Building Code.
The objective of this role is to:
1. Install, maintain or repair any electrical equipment or wiring.
Working conditions :
May be required to lift or move items that weigh up to 20 kilograms.
May spend much of the time on your feet.
Must adhere to safety precautions due to the high risks involved in operating electrical equipment.
Physical and mental effort:
Reasonable level of fitness, Able to work well under pressure, Normal color vision, adaptable and tactful when dealing with different groups of people.

Strong general management and demonstrated leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings
• Must be good at application of creativity and innovative skills in managing projects
• Should have good analyzing skills as well
• Should be a problem solver and be able to grasp the problem at hand and take quick steps to resolve it
• Ability to develop, formulate strategy and exercise good judgment
• Electrical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
1. Assembles, installs, tests, and maintains electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures using hand tools or power tools.
2. Repair or replace electrical wiring in existing buildings, using hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and pliers, or specialized equipment such as voltage meters and soldering irons
3. Installing electrical wiring in new construction projects such as office buildings, Residential apartments, factory outlets, and factories
4. Installing electrical fixtures such as light fixtures, controls and receptacles (outlets) on walls and ceilings, electrical equipment such as security systems & fire alarms.
5. Conducts routine testing on all electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety of systems in and around all applicable facilities.
6. Assist all departments within (EHS, Utilities,
Instrumentation, HVAC/R, Engineering, Validation and Automation) in determining an analytical sequence and actions to be taken during mechanical and electrical system troubleshooting and repair operations
7. To be able to maintain and repair various types of electrical equipment for facilities and customers such as Factory outlet, air handlers, electrical switch gear, motor controls, variable speed drives, Treatment system.
8. Install or repair electrical outlets, lighting fixtures, conduit, wiring, motor controllers and related equipment in accordance with the
National Building (Standards for Electrical Installation in Buildings) code.
9. Determine methods and sequence of operations required to locate, design, install, repair, and modify electrical systems by interpreting blueprints and schematic diagrams
10. Install, manage, and maintain campus electrical systems and equipment, including generators, lights, appliances, wiring, circuits, and other electrical devices
11. Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
12. Any other duties assigned by the Electrical Supervisor.
