Divine Word NS - School Meal Worker

Requirements: You will represent The Lunch Bag in the school community and therefore must be of sound character, good nature and shared values.

The ideal person must be able to read English and follow instructions, heating each lunch with great care. You must be able to work quickly and with precision.

Activities

• Load pre-packaged school meals into ovens.
• Turn on oven and heat meals to specific temperature according to HACCP guidelines.
• Unload ovens and distribute lunches to classrooms.
• Ensure adequate stock levels.
• Follow and maintain work and cleaning schedule.
• Maintain temperature and cleaning records.
• HACCP and Manual Handling Training will be provided.
  
  

Hours of work: 4 hours each day

Rate of pay: €14.00 per hour

Initial Year of Service = +50c above Minimum Wage

+1 Year Service = €1 above minimum wage

+2 Year’s Service = €1.50 above minimum wage
