Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets for solar home systems.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales agents to ensure success in the field.
- Track and document sales activities and customer interactions through the prospect platform.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UECCC, key clients, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
