Job Description/Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in enterprise IT strategy, network development, cloud computing, and IT project management.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
- Strong experience in IT service management, enterprise architecture, and infrastructure, and overall technology optimization.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing IT budgets.
- Excellent leadership, mentorship, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to successfully become an Approved Driver through Chileda's Approved Driver procedure.
GENERAL HOURS OF DUTY: This is a full-time, exempt position averaging a minimum of 40 hours per week. Standard business hours are generally between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. Additional hours of work may be required during evenings and weekends based on business needs and IT-related initiatives.REPORTS TO: Chief Executive OfficerJOB DUTIES:
- Develop and execute the company's IT strategy to support business goals and growth.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry trends and innovations.
- Collaborate with executives to identify technology needs and solutions that enhance business operations.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT systems.
- Drive process automation and integration across platforms.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect company data and IT assets.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2) and best practices.
- Manage risk assessment, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Lead and mentor an IT team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, service providers, and software partners.
- Oversee IT budgeting, procurement, and contract negotiations.
- Implement and manage data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy and security.
- Utilize analytics and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyzes, researches, organizes, and supervises technology-related projects as assigned by the CEO.
- Researches and recommends technology system development priorities
- Assists with formulating departmental policy and procedures and recommends new or revised standards, procedures, and policies as appropriate.
- Uses specialized techniques in the analysis of collected data.
- Participates in forecasting trends and carrying out long-term planning for the department.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Compensation & Benefits:This position has an anticipated annual starting salary between $110,000 - $120,000.
