Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Agent at ICEA LION Uganda in Central. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting insurance and financial services products, and meeting sales targets on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Finance and Sales skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- computer skills is a plus
- certificate of proficiency is a plus
