Position Overview
The Digital Media Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Digimark’s digital media presence across platforms. This role is responsible for developing digital strategies, managing online advertising campaigns, analyzing data for performance insights, and ensuring consistent, engaging, and measurable digital brand storytelling.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of managing paid and organic campaigns, guiding the content team, and aligning digital activities with overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies to drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across social, web, and paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment of digital goals with overall brand strategy.
- Maintain a content calendar for brand and client campaigns.
2. Campaign Management
- Manage all paid media campaigns i.e setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust targeting, budgets, and creatives for best ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and videographers to ensure high-quality, platform-appropriate materials.
- 3. Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Measure and report digital media performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Prepare monthly digital performance dashboards summarizing reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Provide recommendations based on data insights to continuously improve digital presence.
4. Content & Brand Alignment
- Guide the tone, look, and feel of all digital content to align with brand voice and visual standards.
- Supervise content publishing schedules and ensure adherence to platform best practices.
- Support community engagement through coordinated content distribution.
5. Collaboration & Leadership
- Lead and mentor a small team of content creators, media buyers, and social media associates.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and media partners.
- Provide digital consultation and support to client accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or media management.
- Proven track record in managing paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, and content strategy.
- Proficiency with analytics and ad tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of Uganda’s digital media landscape and audience behaviour.

- Campaign Completion Rate: 95%
- Engagement Growth: 10% month-on-month
- Campaign ROI: Minimum 3:1 return on ad spend
- Reporting Timeliness: 100% monthly reports submitted
