Job Description/Requirements

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Account Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing digital strategies, managing social media accounts, creating content calendars, and ensuring successful digital campaigns. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships while delivering impactful and results-driven digital marketing solutions.


Key Responsibilities


Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement customized digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and user behavior to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, and content) to ensure strategy alignment.


Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media accounts for clients across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop and implement social media content strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.


Content Calendar Development:

  • Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and consistent branding.
  • Work closely with content creators and designers to curate and deliver high-quality digital assets.


Campaign Planning and Optimization:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (paid search, display ads, social media, etc.).
  • Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting to track performance, provide insights, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the key liaison between clients and the internal digital marketing team.
  • Understand client goals and objectives, and communicate regularly to ensure all needs are met.
  • Present campaign results, strategies, and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.


Performance Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights for clients.
  • Use analytical tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting platforms to gauge campaign success.


Content Planning and Development:

  • Plan and oversee the creation of digital content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences.


Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Collaborate with creative, SEO, and PPC teams to deliver comprehensive digital marketing services.
  • Provide strategic direction and support to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Account Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management, paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
