We are seeking a Google Workspace Specialist who can design, fix, and automate farm data systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating new Google Forms and Sheets upon request, improving existing data workflows, and developing automated alerts and summaries for management.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Audit existing Google Sheets, Forms, and Drive folders for efficiency and accuracy.
- Fix and optimize pivot tables, formulas, and conditional formatting.
- Create and manage automated triggers in Google Apps Script (e.g., email alerts when a vet form or expense form is submitted).
- Build new data tools upon request — such as payroll forms, expense reimbursement systems, and related Sheets with summaries and pivots.
- Develop dashboards for herd health, expenses, and productivity tracking.
- Maintain clear and regular communication via Zoom, WhatsApp, and Google Meet for updates, requests, and feedback.
- Deliver quick turnarounds and maintain documentation of every system created.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Apps Script automation.
- Proven experience creating custom triggers (email or task alerts).
- Ability to build and link new Forms → Sheets → Reports from scratch.
- Strong understanding of conditional formatting, pivot tables, and cross-sheet automation.
- Excellent communication and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Fast and reliable delivery with a high standard of organization.
Bonus
- Knowledge of agricultural or livestock data systems.
- Familiarity with Google Data Studio / Looker Studio for dashboards.
