To monitor, collate and analyse data for the HRAPF legal aid clinic and provide timely and accurate updates.
â¢ Bachelorâs Degree in a Statistics, Information Technology, or demography or any other related field with a Post Graduate qualification in monitoring and evaluation. A qualification on law or human rights is an added advantage.
â¢ At least 3 yearsâ experience in managing databases.

â¢ Good Communications (spoken and written) skills,
â¢ Data entry and Analysis of M&E tools,
â¢ Strong analytical and conceptual skills to think and plan strategically,
â¢ Proficient computer skills and use of relevant software and other applications e.g SPSS, Stata, Microsoft Access, spreadsheet,
â¢ Good interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, sensitivity to others views and
â¢ perspectives and conflict resolution,
â¢ Leadership skills and supervisory and ability to coach, mentor and develop staff.
â¢ Ability to apply good judgment in the context of assignments given; ability to plan Ã own work and manage conflicting priorities,
Both roles require willingness to travel upcountry.
