Data Analytics Trainee

Job Description:

1. Train the students on the data analytical courses and onboard them.
2. Must be able to work independently without the supervision of a senior person
3. Conduct training sessions with the trainer team and coordinate with each other for better student problem-solving.
4. Participate in reviews/ meetings Maintaining 100% Adherence to SOPs and the deliverables deadline.
5. Supporting and coordinating with every function in learning and development to complete the task as a whole.
6. Being open to feedback, new learnings and supporting peers.
7. Being ethical, committed and responsible at work.
8. Regularly coordinate with the Management regarding all training activities and process steps and update them about the daily outcome. 
9. Ensure that each student meets the requirements as per the Client Skill Matrix.
10. Explore students to the whole development environment and solve all kinds of technical & non-technical quiets for the best training experience. 
11. Explain multiple ways of Writing a program and help students analyse the best way to write the same program. 
12. Resolve all Technical queries of Students. 
13. Get the best out of the student with problem-solving and 1-to-1 mentorship for each student.  
14. Manage Data Analytics Training Content including Session Presentations, Assignments, and Quizzes.
15. Conduct online and classroom training sessions by providing practical use cases and assignment

Desired Candidate Profile/ Required Experience & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, data analytics or related discipline.
2. Prior experience as a data analytics & computer programing teacher.
3. Excellent presentation abilities.
4. Strong written and administrative skills.
5. Nurturing, adaptable approach to instructing.
6. Passionate about fostering computer literacy and academic excellence.
7. Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented person, Attention to detail.
8. Great communication, interpersonal and Strategic thinking
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Must have powerful concepts of Software testing/ Engineering/ Data Analytics, Should have basic knowledge of Statistics.
11. Imparting Training in Excel, Advanced Excel, VBA, Tableau, SQL, Power Bi, Statistics & Probability For Data Science, Python, Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Soft Skills Training.
12. Good understanding of Data Analysis concepts and understanding of Machine Learning, Big Data, and Business Intelligence Tools.
13. Able to cater College seminars, workshops, and Corporate training.
14. Must have hands-on and training experience in Python, Advanced Python, R programming, SAS and machine learning,  Tableau, SQL, Power Bi,  Excel, Advanced Excel and multiple analytical tools & software. 
15. Must have hands-on and training experience in Java, Advanced Java, Core Java, Selenium IDE and testing tools like ALM/JIRA etc.
16. Should be able to train participants on Code tests and analytical reports. Should be able to explore students to the whole testing environment.
17. Ability to quickly learn any new technology and impart the same to other employees
