DESCRIPTION;
Backbone feeds Uganda limited is seeking highly skilled and customer-focused customer service representatives to join our company. The ideal candidates will responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues and building strong customer relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer interaction; respond to customer inquiries ,concerns and complains via phone, emails chat or in person
- Product knowledge; provide accurate and an up-to-date information about our products and services to our customers
- Issue resolution; resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex issues to senior staff if needed
- Order management; manage customer orders including processing, tracking and resolving issues of orders
- Relationship building; build strong relationships with the customers ,identifying opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell
- Feedback collection; collect and document customer feedback, providing insights to improve products or services
REQUIREMENTS
- Communication skill; excellent verbal and written communication skill is key
- Customer focus; strong customer-centric approach with focus on building relationships with the customers
- Problem solving skill; The ability to resolve complex issues and think critically.
- Product knowledge, familiarity with our products and services is important
- Technical skill, proficiency in customer management software, emails and other customer service tools
QUALIFICATION
Experience; previous experience in customer service or related fields
Education; a minimum of a certificate in related field from certified institute
