Job Description/Requirements

Job Title: Customer Relations Management Executive- Kampala


Reports To: Sales Manager


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Receive, assess and respond to customer feedback
  • Do consolidated prospective customer reports from across the country
  • Make routine follow-ups on the new and existing customer
  • Do periodic product performance feedback checks to assess customer satisfaction
  • Attend to daily work in customers and inquiries
  • Help financing process completion for installment purchase customers
  • Do daily inter-department and sales executives coordination


Job requirements and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or Institution
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Patience and top-level interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to speak fluent English and Swahili is an added advantage
  • Organized and timely work etiquette  


Remuneration 

  • UGX 500,000 net per month
  • UGX 30,000 monthly airtime allowance
  • Others
  • Medical
