Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Recruit new potential client
- Educate the client about the loan product terms and conditions of the loan
- Complete the loan application file with the client and submit it for approval
- Monitor loan repayment plan and recover money from the client on a daily basis
- Manager customer relationship and report back on customers' complaints
- Market the loan product and Mobilize the client
- Prepare performance and quality loan portfolio reports on a weekly basis
