Job Scope:
Reporting to the Brand, Marketing and Communications Manager, the Creative Content Developer will create all content required by PAUL and help out in executing Marketing events.
As the ideal resource for this role, the successful candidate will be an ardent team player, with excellent people skills. In addition, she/he will be highly confidential, the go to person with creative ideas and designs, proactive and self-driven, with ability to meet deadlines even on short notice.
Principal Accountabilities:
Produce new ideas and developing interactive designs for both internal and external usage
Develop external marketing material like brochures, flyers, banners, emailers, backdrops and other branded items
Develop internal marketing materials like Posters, newsletters, books, forms and other documents
Design & produce engaging content in various formats across multiple digital platforms
Help in planning and implementing marketing, communications and social media strategies
Work with external agencies to create campaign concepts and artwork
Oversee the production of marketing communications adverts, testimonials and other videos
Work with media houses to create campaign schedules and actively manage rotations
Reconcile station logs and schedules with monitoring compliance report.
Collaborate with the IT team to keep website graphics and external banners relevant
Monitor competitors and industry trends and make recommendations to keep the brand at the forefront
Create high -level presentations for external meetings and customer presentations
Maintain content to ensure changes are made as products or standards change
Ensures all final content is within brand guidelines as far as images, fonts, messages, etc.
Present work to the approving authorities and manages all changes required until final approval is given
Manage external events, marketing activations and sponsored events
Simultaneously manage multiple assignments with short deadlines
Other duties
Perform any other duties as may be required by management

Diploma or degree in art, Graphic design or related field from a recognised design school or University
Above 2 years working experience in a similar role
