Job Description/Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities of Corporate Sales Executive

  • Lead Generation: Creatively identify and engage prospective clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings to establish business opportunities that can convert.
  • Pipeline Management: Tactically perform key top of the funnel functions, process and close sales opportunities in order to meet MOM sales targets of at least 3M UGX.
  • Market Intelligence: Regularly engage the business by providing feedback from experience in the market place and generating new ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Identify opportunities for collaboration and collaborate with members of the sales team and other departments in delivering the organization’s transformation goals.
  • Brand Representation: Be an advocate for the Company Brand in the market place always espousing the aspirations of the business and presenting its brand image positively.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • University degree/ diploma from a credible institution. Professional training and certification in Sales would also be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales. Any other sales experience would be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated success of achieving and surpassing MOM targets in B2B environments.
  • Ability to create, cultivate and maintain business relationships while leading clients through the decision making process is mandatory.
  • Authentic and articulate individuals with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Results and Process oriented with the passion, ambition, grit and DNA of navigating complex B2B obstacles in order to close a sale.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of a customer decision making journey and the sales cycle
  • A strong network of key contacts that can be leveraged to facilitate customer decision making and or follow up.
