Contract Manager Senior Identifiant de la demande: Lieu de travail: COURBEVOIE, FR, Senior Contracts Manager Mission She/he As Contract Manager in the industrial platform, your role is to support operational entities and to help developing Engie’s renewables standards for contracts management. You have a very practical and pragmatic approach to the contractual work, at both pre-signature and post-signature stages. You enjoy a hands-on supporting role, teaming with people from various nationalities and backgrounds. Daily topics include: Supporting decisions around project contracting strategy and contractual allotments; Driving or contributing to the projects risks & analysis processes; Contributing to RfQ and contracts preparation and closure, including terms & conditions and appendices, for scope, interfaces, time management, risk management, warranties and liquidated damages, etc..; Participating or leading contract and claim negotiations; Setting-up contract management plans and documentation at project start and closure; Advising the Project team in all contractual and risk matters during contract execution; Information and lessons learned cross-sharing; Translating your project knowledge in standards and tools for the whole organization. Key Interactions You will work in the Project & Industrialization team and report to the Senior Construction Contracts Manager. You liaise and coordinate with the internal teams: business development, procurement, engineering & construction teams, legal, etc. at both central level and in the countries where Engie Renewable is operating. You can be required to directly liaise, communicate and negotiate with all contractors, suppliers and other parties participating in the project. Profile You have a positive, dynamic and a problem solving attitude and are able to work in a team spirit. You enjoy being in a support function and are very committed on the quality of the service delivered. You are able to synthetize your knowledge and communicate very clearly. You can manage numerous matters simultaneously and competing priorities. You are equally comfortable in providing ad-hoc punctual support or acting as a team member for a longer period of time. You are committed to meeting the deadlines, project constraints, internal processes, and you care for quality and safety of all those involved in our projects. You are preferably based in Paris, La Défense. Other locations can be considered for the right candidate. You are available for regular international travels. Qualifications You have at least 10+ years of relevant experience in contract management. You have preferably an engineering/industrial or construction background. Quantity surveying or legal backgrounds are also considered. You are have excellent digital skills (Advanced Excel is a must, other IT skills are a strong plus). Experience in energy sector, preferably in renewables, is a strong plus. Good speaking, reading and writing skills in English are mandatory. French, Spanish or other commonly used languages are also appreciated.
