Content Development

The candidate will be tasked with producing engaging content for our social media, blog, and branding department, with a strong emphasis on storytelling. You should have a passion for content creation and must be comfortable working in one of the following categories: [1] Writing & Articles, [2] Podcasts & Voiceovers, and [3] Video & Documentaries.

• Salary: $400 — $500 USD Monthly
• Operations: Working Remotely

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality content for various digital channels, including website, social media, blog, and email newsletters.
• Conduct research on relevant topics and trends to stay up-to-date with industry news and best practices.
• Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and design, to develop and execute content plans and campaigns.
• Manage and maintain content calendars and schedules to ensure the timely delivery of content.
• Analyze content performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and social media platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Works with other teammates on knowledge sharing and the division of duties within the unit.

Requirements

• Minimum of a secondary school certificate.
• Have an internet-enabled device that can access our staff web portal or install Tutoroma’s mobile app
• Excellent written and verbal knowledge in English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Must have no criminal record
• Experience in content creation
