Job Description/Requirements
Compliance
- Monitor organisational compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards (e.g. [CQC, ISO, GDPR, or sector-specific bodies]).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and communicate changes to relevant departments.
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to compliance policies.
- Support the preparation for external audits, inspections, and reviews.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of compliance-related matters.
- Maintain compliance registers, records, and documentation.
Quality Assurance
- Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Carry out quality monitoring activities, including spot checks, audits, and reviews of documentation and processes.
- Collect and analyse data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and risks.
- Support service leads and managers in developing and implementing improvement plans.
- Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement across all teams.
